In-House Profile Lamination
At our designated lamination facility, we work to the absolute best manufacturing practices with quality being the priority at every single stage right from machine selection to team training and development. We’re experts in profile lamination and with the expansion of our facility we’re now able to apply our expertise to a wider range of profiles. Renaissance offer an extensive range of laminate options and as standard we carry stock of certain foils such as white woodgrain, anthracite grey and cream. Our lamination services extend into foiling profile supplied by you using our stock foils or any other Renolit foil. Samples of our foils are available upon request.

The Lamination Process
The foil is bonded to the PVC profile using hot glue and rollers. The profile is then set aside to allow the foil to set before the profile can be used in fabrication. The foiling process is carried out using state-of-the-art machinery at our facility in Heckmondwike, Yorkshire.
Our High Quality Foils
Here at Renaissance, we stock a carefully selected range of the highest quality foils from Renolit’s EXOFOL collection, which has been designed specifically for exterior applications such as windows and doors. The PVC base film of the foil is based on an innovative copolymer technology, which eliminates plasticiser migration. A transparent film with highly efficient UV-absorbers protects all underlying layers and the profile from premature aging. Particularly, high quality colour pigments both in the base film and in the adjacent printing layer guarantee colour throughout its product life. On the reverse side, a primer layer improves adhesion to the window profile.
A unique Solar Shield Technology reflects infrared radiation from the sun and thereby protects the film, adhesive and window profile. The woodgrain foil contains a high UV absorber content. Particularly sensitive white tones benefit from this and heat build-up in dark colours is reduced.

How Are Your Products Delivered and What Are the Delivery Costs?
Our preferred logistics method is customer drop off and collection. This method allows you to drop off the profile at a time that suits you within our business hours and once the profile is ready for collection we will inform you via your preferred communication method and you can arrange for collection. If you require Renaissance to collect and deliver the profile, we’re happy to look at different options and the costs thereof depending on order size and location. Please confirm your logistics method at the point of enquiry.
